Our duties include:
- Daily contact with customer and follow customer's instructions to
provide the best service.
- Help the buyers to transfer the instructions to vendors.
- Make sure to ship all containers to the right destination on time.
- Sending daily report to the customer concerning the shipment status.
- Put our own heavy padlock on the container door to secure the best
safety protection of your cargoes.
- Inform the customer the cargo description and shipment information
(such as package & measurement of the cargoes, vessel name & no.,
etc.)
- Collect all documents from the customer/shipper/consignee on time.
- Send all documents to the customer/shipper/consignee by courier with no delay.
- Checking the shipment status and inform the customer for any changes.
